A: Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:00a.m.-7:00p.m.

Q: What if I forget to leave out my bag?
A: Call 303.766.0119 immediately and the driver may still be in the neighborhood. Otherwise we will make alternate arrangements to do a pick-up.

Q: Do I have to use the service every week?
A: No. The benefit of our service is that we are there when you need us.

Q: What if I need a pick-up on a day that is not my scheduled day?
A: Just give us a call and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We have a pay as you go system with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Q: What if I can't remember my pick-up day?
A: You will receive a reminder call the night before your scheduled pick-up day.

Q: What if I am not within your service area?
A: Please call 303.766.0119. We welcome your inquiries regarding our service areas.

Q: What if my pick-up or delivery falls on a holiday?
A: Please see our holiday schedule or contact us to make arrangements.
